Jen specialises in making healthy eating easy, getting to know you, your lifestyle and taste preferences. She will work with you to develop a sustainable eating plan tailored to you, teaching you simple tips along the way.
Jen is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition and Psychology and a Bachelor of Physical Education. She can explain nutrition in everyday terminology, dispelling the myths and giving you some evidence based advice to live by. Tailored Meal Plan
Tailored Meal Plan (including recipes and shopping list) presented, explained and discussed. Weekly meal plans developed with you that fit with your tastes, lifestyle and budget (1 hour face time).
Educational Shopping Trip
Involves a trip to a supermarket and local cafe to learn how to read food labels, identify healthier cuts of meat and decipher nutritional claims to help you choose healthier options (3 hours face time).
Follow-up session to answer any subsequent questions, discuss new meal plan and any necessary guidance provided (30mins face time).
It is not just about what you cook but how you cook it. Learn some simple tips in the kitchen including preparing, cooking and modifying recipes to create simple and nutritious meals (3 hours face time).
Educational Q&A Session
Cut through all the available information and clarify any of those possible wives’ tales to ensure you are on the right track. Learn more about any of the topics that interest you including healthier eating and drinking out, smart snacks, sports nutrition, allergies and intolerances, recipe modification and more (1 hour face time).
